Appointment request hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM.
Before traveling: Wait for DDD to confirm your arrival time.
Walk-ins and same-day service: Subject to technician availability; our team may be on mobile calls.

Booking your service

Choose Shop appointment or Mobile service on the form. Your choice is saved with your booking. Include EMERGENCY or ROUTINE in your message.
Enter your preferred date and time. Your appointment is confirmed only after DDD responds.
Mobile: Enter your vehicle’s location.
Shop: Your service address is filled in automatically when you choose a shop appointment.

Appointment and arrival policy

Cancel as early as possible.
Contact DDD if you will be over 15 minutes late; rescheduling may be necessary.
Arrange any vehicle or key drop-off with DDD first.
DDD confirms the work and estimate before service. Additional work requires approval.

After-hours mobile help: Lockouts, jump starts, and spare tire changes only.
No towing. Do not drive an unsafe vehicle to the shop.
