DDD’s FISH ON App Terms of Use

DDD’s FISH ON App provides tools for fishing tournament organizers and participants, including rules posting, registration, participant numbering, QR check-in, tournament history, and results administration.

Tournament Rules

Tournament rules are created, posted, and administered by each tournament organizer. Users must review and accept the official rules before registration or check-in. Users are responsible for complying with local laws, lake and venue rules, fishing regulations, and age or location eligibility requirements.

Entry Fees and Awards

Any entry fee is for real-world tournament participation and onsite event administration. It is not gambling, betting, lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or chance-based financial activity. Awards, if any, are determined by official posted tournament rules and verified tournament results.

No Apple Involvement

Apple is not a sponsor, administrator, organizer, payment processor, prize provider, or dispute resolver for any tournament, payment, award, or participant dispute.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for accurate rules, eligibility requirements, lake or venue details, start and end times, organizer contact information, refund or cancellation terms, result verification, and participant support.

Account and Access

Users must provide accurate login and registration information. Access may be limited or removed when required for app security, event integrity, or compliance with tournament rules.
