- Request hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM.
- Book first: Wait for DDD to confirm your appointment before arriving. Technicians may be on mobile calls.
- Need us to come to you? Request mobile service at your vehicle location.
- Same-day and walk-in service: Subject to technician availability.
- After-hours mobile service: Lockouts, jump starts, and spare tire changes only. No towing.

Appointment policy
- Requested dates and times require DDD confirmation.
- Cancel as early as possible; contact us if you will be over 15 minutes late.
- Arrange vehicle and key drop-offs with DDD first.
- Work and estimates are confirmed before service; additional work requires approval.
- Do not drive an unsafe vehicle to the shop.
