TrustCall Privacy Policy

TrustCall Safety is a private, moderated safety utility for verified members. We collect only information needed to provide account access, verification, subscriptions, moderation, support, safety reports, alerts, saved posts, comments, private messages, and privacy requests.

Information We Collect

We may collect account email, pseudonym, verification status, broad location, report/comment/message content, support requests, Apple/RevenueCat subscription records, and device tokens for notifications. Verification material is used only for private access review and must be deleted after review.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate member access, review reports, prevent abuse, manage subscriptions, provide support, respond to privacy requests, and protect the community.

Sharing

TrustCall does not sell personal information. Safety content is moderated before visibility and may be redacted. Verification material and sealed evidence are not public.

Retention

Reports and moderation records are retained as needed for safety, disputes, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Account deletion and privacy requests can be submitted in the app or by emailing trustcall@dddcincy.com.
